Anderson and Associates. <br />Based on the information above it has been determined that that the underground <br />storage tanks at this site are regulated tanks pursuant to the California Code of <br />Regulations, Section 2621(c). <br />Violations: <br />California Health and Safety Code, Section 25298(a): No person shall <br />abandon an underground tank system or close or temporarily cease <br />operating an underground tank system, except as provided in this section. <br />• California Health and Safety Code, Section 25299(b)(3): Abandonment or <br />improper closure of any underground storage tank system subject to this <br />chapter. <br />• California Health and Safety Code, Section 25299(b)(1): Failure to obtain a <br />permit as specified by this Chapter. <br />
