Haight Road SR0053094 <br />Lod, CA <br />The permit application to remove 2 (500) gallon underground storage tanks from the <br />above referenced facility has been approved with the following conditions: <br />1. If the backfill material and soil is found to be contaminated it must be disposed of at <br />an approved disposal location. Treatment of soil onsite can only be performed under a <br />hazardous waste treatment permit. <br />2. See pages 7 and 8 of the permit application for required number and locations of <br />analytical tests for waste oil or unknown contents. <br />3. EHD must witness the soil sampling. Schedule the soil sampling appointment with <br />this office 48 hours in advance. <br />4. A copy of the fire department permit must be submitted at the time of removal. <br />5. Schedule removal appointment 48 hours in advance. <br />6.
