HAIGHT ROAD <br />LODI, CALIFORNIA <br />1.0 INTRODUCTION <br />1.1 General Information <br />GEOTECHNICAL <br />ENVIRONMENTAL <br />INSPECTIONS a TESTING <br />LABORATORY SERVICES <br />POOL ENGINEERING <br />POST TENSION DESIGN <br />A Tank Removal will be conducted at the site by D Et S Dragline Service (D Ei S) under <br />the oversight of the County of San Joaquin Environmental Health Department. <br />This Health and Safety Plan (HASP) specifies the procedures and protective measures <br />that will be employed to ensure the health and safety of the individuals working in and <br />around the Site, and those who reside and/or work near the Site.. <br />The purpose of this HASP is to provide site-specific safety information and procedures. <br />Site-specific information and procedures contained herein include. a brief overview of <br />site hazards, chemicals of concern, action levels, initial levels of personal protective <br />equipment to be used for various site activities, decontamination procedures, air <br />monitoring procedures, and emergency resources and information. <br />The procedures in this document should be consistent with NOA's Health and Safety <br />Policies. If there are any questions regarding, possible inconsistencies please contact <br />N OA. <br />1.2 Scope and Applicability of the Health and Safety Plan <br />The provisions of this HASP are mandatory for all Site personnel and subcontractors. <br />Contractors doing, fieldwork in association with the tank removal either adopt and <br />abide by this HASP or shall develop their own safety plans that, at a minimum, meet <br />the requirements of this HASP. All onsite personnel shall read this plan before starting <br />site activities. In addition, personnel will operate in accordance with the most current <br />requirements of Title 8 California Code of Regulations, Section 5192 (T8 CCR Section <br />5192), Standards for Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response <br />(HAZWOPER). <br />
