The monitoring and response plans on site are not approved by the EHD. Updated monitoring and <br /> response plans were submitted to the EHD on April 16, 2012. On April 17, 2012 an email was sent to <br /> Dennis Bock with Costco and Glenda Keirstead with Belshire Environmental notifying them of the <br /> necessary revisions. Revised plans have not been received by the EHD. The monitoring and response <br /> plans must be current and approved by the EHD. Complete and submit a copy of the monitoring and <br /> response plans for approval by the EHD by April 14, 2013.
