The following issues were noted in your report:
Item#305
Issue: HSC 25290.1(e)VPH monitoring of the interstitial spaces of the UST system is not
maintained.
Resolved: A sensor was replaced and retested during the inspection.
Item#320
Issue: HSC 25290.1(c3),25290.1(c3) Secondary containment not constructed to prevent
water intrusion. The service technician removed %z a cup of liquid from the 7-8 UDC
sump and returned the sensor to its proper location. Immediately contact a properly
licensed, trained, and certified contractor to address the water intrusion into the 7-8 UDC
sump under permit and inspection of the EHD.
Resolved: We hired Elite IV Contractors to take a look at the water issue.
