The Certification of Financial Responsibility received during the inspection today does not have <br /> section B filled out. Fill out completely and send to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department by April 10, 2011. <br /> 12 & 16. Secondary piping fittings under dispensers 1, 3, 5 and 7 were not opened to allow fuel leaks to <br /> flow to the nearest liquid sensor. Any potential release from the primary containment into the secondary <br /> containment in the 87 and 91 octane piping does not flow into the nearest collection sump. All <br /> secondary containment systems shall be sloped so that all releases will flow to the nearest collection <br /> sumps located at the low points of the underground piping.
