Written secondary containment test results from testing done 1-28-11 by Wayne Perry on the <br /> vent line secondary pipe and the vent sump. <br /> 2. Updated UST monitoring plan and monitoring site map adding the vent sump Veeder Root <br /> 794380-208 liquid sensor and the vent sump. <br /> 3. Note that six month follow up testing of the vent line secondary pipe and vent sump is required <br /> pursuant to Title 23 California Code Regulations section 2637(a).
