Costco is proposing installation of Ver Root 857080-111 sensors with VR-RF wireless transmitters back to the
monitoring panel. I cannot find LG-113 approval for the VR-RF wireless part. Is there LG-113 approval or is it part of the
TLS-350 approval? Please provide 3`d party approval documentation for the VR-RF part.
Garrett
----------
From.
-__From: Alexia Inigues fmailto:ainigues(a)barghausen.com]
Sent: Wednesday, January 11, 2017 12:12 PM
To: Garrett Backus [EH]; Candy Linder
Cc: Brittany Smith; Ary Lazaro; Jay Grubb; Chris Ferko
Subject: RE: CA-Costco Gasoline Stockton 038/ Wireless Sensor and Dispenser Replacement/ BCE #10199.19
Importance: High
Garrett: yes,the potential dispenser piping leaks will be contained within the existing under dispenser containment
because the Gilbarco Encore footprint of the new 700 dispenser is the same as the existing 300 dispenser. A conversion
plate is not required in this situation. The only time the conversion plate is required is if we are going from an
Ovation/Advantage to a Gilbarco.
Please let us know if you need additional information.
Alexia Inigues, Project Planner
Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Inc.
18215 72nd Ave South
Kent, WA 98032
Direct) 425.656.7430 - Office) 425.251.6222 - Celll 206.255.4794
ainigues0barghausen.com
Please consider the environment before printing this email.
From: Garrett Backus [EH] [mailto:gbackus(absicehd.com]
Sent: Wednesday, January 11, 2017 11:50 AM
To: Candy Linder
Cc: Alexia Inigues; Brittany Smith
Subject: RE: CA-Costco Gasoline Stockton 038/Wireless Sensor and Dispenser Replacement/ BCE #10199.19
The dispensers are being replaced but no conversion frames are being installed. Will potential dispenser piping leaks be
contained within the existing under dispenser containment? If we inspect the site and find product piping/fuel filters
outside the under dispenser containment footprint we will require State Water Board approved conversion frames to be
installed.
Please provide written documentation that the existing under dispenser containment will contain leaks from the new
dispenser piping/fuel filters for both the Tracy and Stockton Costco permits.
Thank you,
Garrett Backus,Ld.Sr. RENS,CUPA programs
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E Hazelton Ave,Stockton,CA 95205
(209)468-2986 (phone) (209) 468-3433 (fax)
gbackus@ocehd.com hn://www.ocehd.com/
7
