(EHCI) in August 1988. Her <br /> comprehensive practice of occupational and environmental health and safety began in 1979, and <br /> has included areas such as the hazardous waste field, public transportation, asbestos and lead <br /> abatement, and manufacturing environments. <br /> Project efforts at EHCI have included corporate environmental and occupational health and safety <br /> audits; regulatory compliance including OSHA and EPA requirements; development and <br /> implementation of corporate health and safety programs including, but not limited to, Hazard <br /> Communication, SB-198 Illness and Injury Prevention Programs, Hearing Conservation, Confined <br /> Space Entry, Respiratory Protection, Exposure Monitoring and Control, Injury Investigation and <br /> Reporting; litigation support and expert witness testimony; health and safety oversight of hazardous <br /> waste site construction activities including a waste units closure at a major oil refinery; <br /> development of Hazardous Materials Management Plans; completion of permit applications for the <br /> Bay Area Air Quality Management District; negotiation of clean-up levels for contaminated sites; <br /> and development and implementation of health and safety training programs. <br /> As Manager of Health and Safety for Canonie Environmental Services Corp., Ms. Fanelli provided <br /> corporate program management and health and safety oversight of all projects.
