In addition to the electronic monitoring system, the shop <br /> foreman is required to perform daily inventory reconciliation by <br /> comparing tape/gauge readings to dispenser totalizer readings. <br /> In the case of an alarm condition, personnel will immediately <br /> contact the supervisor/shop foreman to report the condition. The <br /> response consists of dispatching a qualified technician to the site <br /> to determine the cause of the alarm, and initiate a cleanup if <br /> required. Response will be in accordance with the California <br /> Administrative Code, Chapter 23 , Subchapter 16, Article 3 . <br /> Response to an unauthorized release will be handled in the same <br /> manner. In addition, the Office of Emergency Services (O.
