Beckman Rd. <br /> Lodi CA 95240 <br /> The permit application to remove 3 underground storage tanks from the above facility has <br /> been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. All tanks are to be disposed of at West Coast Equipment. <br /> 2. If soil is found to be contaminated it must be disposed of at the proper disposal <br /> location. Treatment of soil onsite can only be performed under a hazardous waste <br /> treatment permit. <br /> 3. The neutral product oil must be tested for TPH-D, BTE&X, and MTBE. See pages 7 <br /> & 8 of the permit application for more detail. <br /> 4. A copy of the fire department permit must be submitted at the time of removal. <br /> 5. Schedule removal appointment 48 hours in advance. <br /> 6.
