BENJAMIN HOLT IN THE CITY OF
STOCKTON.
Dear Mr. Padilla;
I have reviewed the latest service request submitted by Jeff Byram,
Engineer -Shell Oil, dated 6/28/96. The permit applications for the
closure and the installation of underground storage tank systems
for 3011 Benjamin Holt Drive were conditionally approved on
12/12/95 and 2/6/96 respectively. Since then the permits have been
extended and on July 1, 1996, new closure and installation service
requests were submitted. This new submission indicated a change in
contractors from the conditionally approved applications. I have
since conditionally approved the closure and the installation
applications with the understanding that the newly designated
contractor comply with the previously agreed upon permit
conditions. If the permit conditions are not met, the status of
the permit may be re-evaluated.
If you have any questions concerning this matter please contact me
at (209) 468-0335.
Respectfully;
Y
Yoshioka
Registered Environmental Health Specialist
A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services
