Benjamin Holt Drive in the City of <br />Stockton. The following items must be submitted prior to the approval of the <br />oermi. t: <br />1. The City of Stockton Fire Prevention permit number must be submitted to the <br />witnessing inspector prior to the tank removal. <br />7(c). Indicate the materials and method for "triple rinsing" of the tank and <br />associated piping. <br />17(d). will the rinsate material be stored onsite? Will the rinsate material be <br />transported immediatedly after removal to a TSDF under manifest? <br />� 8(a). A minimum of thirty (30) pounds of dry ice per one thousand (1,000) gallons <br />of tank capacity shall be used to inert the tank. <br />A. The Underground Storage Tank Disposition Tracking Record is to be returned <br />to this office within 30 days of acceptance of the tank by the disposal or <br />recycling company. <br />B.
