We will remove any residual fuel in the primary
supply and return lines by draining the fuel back into the existing underground tank. We will then
disconnect the primary piping and remove it from the secondary containment piping. The secondary
containment piping will then be exposed, soil samples taken at your direction. The secondary containment
piping will be visually inspected,if the secondary passes the visual inspection it will then be installed in the
new piping trench. The primary lines will be installed, and the system will be air tested to manufacturer's
specifications. The piping sump will be water tested. After the piping system passes these tests, the lines
will be backfilled and compacted. The water will be vacuumed and disposed of under manifest by
Enviropure located in Patterson,CA. The final grade materials (concrete or asphalt)will be replaced to
match existing grades. The primary lines will be given a final precision line test by Afford-A-Test,and the
system put on-line.
If the existing Enviroflex lines are to short or do not pass a visual inspection, they will be replaced with a
i new Enviroflex system of the same. I have included a copy of the UL listing card for your reference. The
old piping will be triple rinsed, the rinseate collected in a drum for disposal by Enviropure,Patterson,CA..
If they lines are to short but pass the visual inspection they will be stored in our yard for re-use at another
site. If the lines are damaged they will be disposed of at Erickson in Richmond,CA-
If you have any questions please call me at any time.
Sincerely, J
Ny
!/V"
en
Project Manager
i
i
i
