Since it is a tube within a tube,it can act in the same manner as a ball float valve to prevent overfilling of underground tanks. The product is dropped through the inner-most tube and vapors return to the tanker through the space between the inner and outer tube. �nw� When the product covers the outer i, tube,vapors can no longer return to the �t tanker.Product flow is reduced by 99% and the driver has time to close the valves on the tanker before an overfill ; occurs.The A90 has a vapor recovery efficiency rating in excess of 95%.
