UST owners <br /> are included in this new requirement. A copy of the 5VVF<BC flyer entitled "ACT NOVV'', <br /> explaining the responsibilities of UST owners and the deadlines by which you must comply, is <br /> enclosed with this letter. <br /> This second notification is being non( through certified nnaU so you understand the importance <br /> of the January 1. 2005. deadline to (described below) <br /> ` <br /> and identify the ICC certified Designated UST Operator(s)* for all of your underground storage <br /> tank (UST) facilities located within San Joaquin County. <br /> The owner's compliance ntahsrnerd mentioned above is required pursuant to California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 23. section 2715 (a) which reads: <br /> By January 1, 2005' owners of underground storage tank systems shall <br /> submit m signed statement to the |wco| agency indicating that the owner <br /> understands and is in compliance with all applicable underground storage <br /> tank requirements, and identifying the designated USToperator(s) for each <br /> facility owned.
