Harding Way, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)has received <br /> information that two abandoned underground storage tanks (UST), one appeared to <br /> contain oil for the boiler and the other is unknown, during a building demolition on your <br /> property in 2006. The tanks have not be removed to date. <br /> Violation: The abandoned underground storage tanks are in violation of the <br /> California Health and Safety Code Section 25298. <br /> Corrective Action: Underground storage tanks no longer in use must be removed or <br /> closed in place under a permit from this office.
