REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF USED UNDERGROUND PETROLEUM STORAGE TANKS 9 <br /> • 6.2 Conditions of Sale TANK HAS CONTAINED LEADED GASOLINE* <br /> NOT VAPOR FREE <br /> A bill of sale should be used to transfer tank owner- NOT SUITABLE FOR STORAGE OF FOOD OR <br /> ship. The bill of sale should include the purchaser's LIQUIDS INTENDED FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL <br /> acknowledgement that he assumes all liability related to CONSUMPTION <br /> the tank. Bills of sale should indicate the former use of <br /> the tank and carry the following warning regardless of 'Or other flammable/combustible liquid.
