T Barclays and the Trustee believe this compromise is in the
2 best interests of the Chapter 7 estate and its creditors. The
3 above-described litigation is complex. The probability of success
4 and the likely rewards to be gained if successful is substantially
5 outweighed by the expense, inconvenience, and delay in litigating
6 this action to its conclusion. Accordingly, this compromise is fair
7 and reasonable under the circumstances.
8 IV.
q NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND REQUEST FOR HEARING
IO Notice of this Motion has been served on all parties in
II interest and those requesting special notice.
