While I understand that you may have received an informal, internal communication, we are only <br /> obligated to comply with California Health &Safety Codes pertaining to USTs. If this communication is not a decision <br /> being applied universally to California Health &Safety Code,then we respectfully disagree that a formal decision has <br /> been made. As such, we would not be obligated to retrofit our system until such time that the Water Board makes a <br /> formal decision and proposes these modifications to the California Health &Safety Code. <br /> It is our intention to comply with all requirements of the law and we will work earnestly to meet our obligations.
