R. Simplot Company <br /> is submitting the attached information as required by alternative <br /> number three: <br /> 1. Provide a signed statement from the property owner stating <br /> date tank abandoned: The two 5,000 gallon tanks were <br /> permanently closed and removed from underground in May of <br /> 1982. <br /> 2. Provide a plot plan showing the name of property owner, <br /> facility address, parcel number, tank size, product stored, <br /> method of abandonment, and tank(s) distance to all wells <br /> within 1,000 feet of the abandoned tank(s) : Refer to the <br /> attached plot plan. <br /> Also, as requested, a new permit application for the 10,000 gallon <br /> regular gasoline tank has been completed.
