Box 388 <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />RE: Closure Plan Review for 130 North Hunter Street in Stockton reveals the following <br />information needs to be submitted before permit can be approved: <br />1. Submit corrected copy of Tank Closure Permit (page 3I and include EPA number for <br />this site and correct tank contents (see #8). <br />2. Have Responsible Billing Party Statement signed by the county. <br />3. Site Health and Safety Plan lacks highlighted hospital route map. <br />4. Tank Tracking Information is incomplete. Complete Tank Tracking Record <br />information down to the receiving disposal facility signature. <br />5. A residual of 100 gallons has been reported on the Underground Storage Tank <br />Permit Application - Form B for both tanks. Who is the licensed hauler/recycler that <br />will handle the residual by transporting it to a licensed disposal facility? <br />6. Pre -tank removal assessment performed on November 10, 1994 confirmed soil <br />contamination on this site. Provide information on proper disposal of the excavated <br />stockpile. <br />7. Please refer to the enclosed Sampling Protocol Page 7 for highlighted tank, piping, <br />and stockpile sample requirements. <br />8. Both Tanks are listed in the EHD tank file as gasoline tanks. Tank #1 is 10,000 <br />gallons containing unleaded gasoline, and Tank #2 is unknown gallons containing <br />regular gasoline. The enclosed Closure Plan Minimum Verification Laboratory <br />Analysis for gasoline tanks has been updated on March 6, 1996 to include MTBE <br />analysis. The required analysis are enclosed and highlighted. <br />9.
