You shall notify this office immediately of <br /> any such changes. <br /> Please be advised that your operation will still be a producer of <br /> hazardous waste and as such has the responsibility of handling <br /> these wastes properly (e.g. , use of the manifest, use of a <br /> registered hazardous waste hauler, etc. ) . The state requirements <br /> for management of hazardous wastes are contained in Title 22 , <br /> Chapter 30, of the California Administrative Code. Enclosed is <br /> an order form should you need to obtain a copy.
