Soil samples collected shall be representative of native soils beneath the tank's invert [tank's bottom] at- a collection depth not be exceed 2 - 4 feet. If contamination' is documented during closurean Unauthorized Release notification must be filled out and Lys.submitted to SJLHD within 5 Section 2652, CCR.
