All <br /> permit conditions have been satisfied and this facility is approved to operate the B100 UST <br /> system. <br /> Functionality of the following items was verified with passing results at the time of inspection: <br /> 1) Verified functionality, sensor placement, and labeling of all 13100 UST related monitoring system <br /> sensors <br /> 2) Verified positive shut down and fail safe for B100 monitoring system <br /> 3) Verified that all mechanical line leak detectors on diesel USTs (UST 1 through 3) are capable of <br /> detecting a 3 gallon her hour leak at 10 psi <br /> 4) Tested the drain valve on the 13100 UST <br /> 5) Verified that all sumps are free of debris and liquid, also verified that all newly installed sump lids fit <br /> correctly, and that the spill bucket shroud boots are installed. <br /> 6) Verified vacuum zones and communication (three vacuum zones were tested) <br /> 7) Verified that vent line has brine communication (from vent box to the B100 sump) <br /> 8) Verified locks on the two newly installed monitoring wells (located in 8100 UST backfill) <br /> The line tightness testing of the existing diesel piping was also conducted today; however, due to time <br /> constrains, the EHD was not present to observe the entire line testing. Submit the line tightness testing <br /> results to the EHD as soon as they become available. r <br /> t <br /> NOTES- <br /> 1. The CA UST Designated operator for this facility must train employees on the new B100 UST <br /> monitoring system <br /> 2.
