Contact EHD to schedule the following appointments: <br /> a. The spill buckets must be tested to ensure they hold a minimum of 5-gallons and <br /> pass a 60 minute lake test or equivalent. <br /> 2. At least one person who holds the International Code Council UST <br /> Installer/Retrofitter certification must be onsite when work is performed. <br /> 3. Contact the Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> applicable permits. <br /> 4. Allow 48-hour advance notice for scheduling inspections with this office. <br /> 5. If concrete is broken above the tank pit, a tank integrity test must be performed by a <br /> certified tank tester and results received by this office within 7 days of completion of <br /> work. <br /> 6.
