Unocal would never intentionally disregard payment of permit fees. <br /> In this case, there was a delay in receiving the original invoice from your agency. As you can <br /> see, there was also a delay in receiving this invoice. The billing date is shown as <br /> April 12, 1995, but this was not received by Unocal until April 21, 1995. <br /> I believe the reason for these delays is due to the fact that the mailing address is incorrect on <br /> this account. This seems to be the only account, for a Unocal site, which still shows our <br /> former address. The correct mailing address is 2929 Fast Imperial Highway, P.O. Box 2390, <br /> Brea, California, 92621-2390. For future reference, all invoices of this nature should be sent <br /> to this address. <br /> We realize that Unocal check number 37696, in the amount of$510.00, was cut on <br /> March 15, 1995, four (4) days after the original fees were due. Please understand that we <br /> would have remitted the amount due in a more timely manner if a delay in receiving the <br /> invoice had not occurred.
