The permit has been approved with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Vicki McCartney at (209) 468-9852 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br />aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br />approval. <br />a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to ensure <br />that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 California <br />Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. A copy of the alarm history shall <br />be printed prior to performing the "cold start" of the Veeder Root system and made <br />available at the time of the EHD inspection. <br />b. Leak detector test: Leak detector must be tested to confirm that the device can detect <br />a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi. <br />Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br />qualifications: <br />a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible <br />valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board <br />(may be issued to the installation company), or a Tank Tester's license issued to the <br />individual by the State Water Board, and <br />
