' Kaprealian Engineering 707-746-6915 <br /> The Customer Company will employ the engineering firm to do site <br /> evaluation, cleanup proposal , and contact all necessary parties <br /> to clean up site. <br /> ' ABOVE GROUND GASOLINE SFILL <br /> ' If there has been an above ground gas spill , which has created a <br /> hazard or potential ground contamination situation, the store <br /> personnel is to: <br /> t 1 . Use absorbent material to absorb or contain spill . <br /> 2. The local Fire Department is deemed necessary. <br /> 3. Maintenance Department at 800-924-3273 <br /> ' 4. San Joaquin Co Emergency Services at 209-468-3420. <br /> If a hazard exists that requires evacuation, use the intercom to <br /> ' announce a hazard exists and all people are to exit the stere and <br /> leave the premises. A visual check is to be made in the store <br /> for any person still in the store. Route all people around the <br /> gas islands away, and off the premises. Do not re-enter until <br /> ' instructed to do so by the Fire Dept . or Health Services. <br /> If necessary, the Maintenance Department will send out a trained <br /> ' person to repair the problem. If the spill needs to be cleaned <br /> up immediately, then the Maintenance Department will contact an <br /> environmental cleanup company to handle this: <br /> ' Erickson - 510-235-1393 <br /> Reidel International 800-334-0004 <br /> Ramos Environmental - 800-456-7745 <br /> ' Deltech - 209-847-8757 <br /> TWI - 209-226-1871 <br /> I . T. - 510-372-9100 <br /> ' If the problem is contamination, the Customer Company will hire <br /> an engineering firm to determine the extent of contamination. <br /> (See Leak Response Plan) <br /> EMPLOYEE T-RAINING <br /> ' At the time of employment , the store manager will train the new <br /> employee in proper procedures using this manual . The store <br /> ' manager shall keep with this manual a copy of the employees name <br /> and the date on which that person was trained. <br /> Along with this manual , the employee must be trained in proper <br /> ' inventory taking and record keeping. <br /> ' 5 <br />
