These men are the Federal Aviation Administration, Westrn- <br /> Pacific Region's Hazardous Materials Crew. They are all full time= employees of <br /> the Federal Aviation Administration. They have been given training on the <br /> proper procedures in handling hazardous materials and the removal of <br /> underground storage tanks. Among the assigned duties of these men is the <br /> proper removal and documentation required to remove and dispose of agency <br /> underground storage tanks. <br /> The Federal Aviation Administration is a part of the United States Government, <br /> which is self-insuring and not required to have a business licence.
