2.2.2 Stockpile Sampling <br /> RMCI and Ms. Violett, County of Sacramento agreed to collect three samples of the <br /> stockpiled soil to be composited at the analytical laboratory for analysis. Samples SAC-1, <br /> SAC-2, and SAC-3 were collected from the stockpiled soil as shown on the site map <br /> (Exhibit 2). <br /> - The soil samples were collected in thin-walled brass cylinders approximately four-inches <br /> long by two-inches in diameter. No headspace was present in the cylinders. Each end of <br /> the cylinders was covered with teflon and capped with polyethylene lids, taped and labeled. <br /> The samples were immediately placed in an ice chest kept cold (4° C) for delivery to <br /> Caltest. <br /> The samples were delivered to Caltest Analytical Laboratory in Napa, California.
