The piping cut -sheets indicate that Ameron CLX 3000 and <br />Ameron FLX 3000 will be used. The plans indicate that <br />A.U. Smith or Ameron fiberglass primary and secondary <br />will be used. Indicate which piping will be used prior <br />to plan approval. <br />2. The plans indicate that the tank will be Xerxes or Fluid <br />Containment. Indicate prior to plan approval. <br />3. The plan indicate that a deep Bravo containment box will <br />be used under the dispenser. If the Bravo box is deeper <br />than 7.5 inches a sensor will be required to monitor that <br />space. <br />4. The site is in an area of high ground water and requires <br />that overburden calculations or dead -men be provided. <br />Provide prior to plan approval. <br />5. The piping must slope back to the sump a minimum 1/8 inch <br />per foot. Indicate prior to plan approval. <br />6. The plan lacks detailed schematic of proposed piping lay <br />out. The plan appears to have the piping run above grade <br />to the dispenser. Clarify. <br />7. The plan submittal lacks a monitoring and response plan. <br />Provide prior to plan approval. <br />8.
