Qualified installers must possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an <br /> individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the following: <br /> a. A valid, current contractor's license issued by the Contractors State License Board, <br /> and <br /> b. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) <br /> being installed, and <br /> c. A valid, current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International <br /> Code Council (ICC). <br /> 7. Update and submit a copy of the "UST Monitoring Plan" for EHD approval within 30 days <br /> of change of information. An approved copy will be returned for on site records. <br /> 8. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc.). See California Code of <br /> Regulations (CCR)Title 23, Chapter 16, Table B for a complete list. <br /> 9. Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval.
