Describe the safety procedure training for all employees in the event <br /> of a release or threatened release of hazardous materials. This training <br /> shall include, but not be limited to, the following; new employee training, <br /> annual training, periodic refresher courses, and familiarization with <br /> Emergency Plans and Procedures of this Business Plan/Contingency Plan. <br /> 1 . Summarize specific job descriptions for all positions that work with or <br /> come in contact with hazardous materials/hazardous waste and indicate how <br /> these specific positions will be trained for their job responsibilities or <br /> hazards of exposure(describe training program) . Designate whether employee is <br /> working with hazardous material (HM) , hazardous waste(HW) , or both (B) . <br /> All employees are trained in the following procedures <br /> 1 ) Internal emergency shut down procedure <br /> 2 ) External emergency response organization notifications <br /> 3 ) Location and content of emergency response plan <br /> 4 ) Evacuation <br /> 51 Locations and proper use of fire spill use control equipment <br /> All personnel receive emergency response training on their first day of <br /> hire. A refresher course in their training is mandatory once a year. <br /> 2 . Summarize training specific to emergency response personnel who will <br /> deal with either hazardous material or hazardous waste release of threatened <br /> release. <br /> Employees are instructed in the use of dry chemical fire extinguisher.
