As we discussed, I am writing this letter
in regards to the above referenced sites.
Do to unforeseen situations that from time to time arise at service stations we
are testing (i.e. the changing of fuel filters, possibility of spills through regular
maintenance, integrity of a fill cap) tracer vapors can escape. These are situations that
can cause failing test results.
The goal of a tank tester is to test the site per the manufacturers protocol and
certification requirements. The decision to retest these tanks were made and repairs
were not performed on the tank systems. The tanks in question passed the tracer
retest.
Thank you for your inquiry.
if you have any questions, or need any additional information, please give
me a call.
Sincerely,
Zd„ „
Wade Pettit
Field Operations
vm
P.O.
