0 <br />2. Label the waste as follows: <br />"Waste Oil" <br />(Name of the Company) <br />Start of accumulation date: MM/DD/YR <br />(ie, the date you began to fill the container) <br />3. Arrange for a transporter to pick up your waste oil at regular intervals. <br />there may be a minimal charge for this service. The transporter must be <br />licensed to transport waste oil. Attachment 1 identifies those companies in <br />possession of the appropriate licenses. Call California Department of <br />Health Services, Toxic Substance Control Division to confirm that <br />transporter requirements have been met since this list changes frequently. <br />4.
