Soil samples collected shall be representative of native soils beneath the tank's invert (tank 's bottom) at a collection depth not be exceed 2 - 9 feet. If contamination is documented during closure an Unauthorized Release notification must be filled out and submitted to SJLHD within 5 rays. Section 2652, CCR.
