(Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equilon <br /> Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US (Shell) to document the underground storage tank <br /> (UST) removal at the referenced site. Cambria performed inspections and soil sampling <br /> following the removal of three gasoline LISTS, three dispenser islands, and associated product <br /> piping. The work performed complied with San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (SJCEHD) and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) <br /> guidelines. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> This former Shell service station is located at the northeastern corner of the Lower Sacramento <br /> Road and Hammer Lane intersection in a commercial area of Stockton, California (Figure 1). <br /> The site layout consists of a service station building, three dispenser islands, three 12,000-gallon <br /> USTs, and one 550-gallon waste oil UST (Figure 2). <br /> SAMPLING ACTIVITIES AND SAMPLE ANALYSIS <br /> Cambria On December 14, 2004, Paradiso Mechanical, Inc. (Paradiso) of San Leandro, California <br /> Environmental <br /> Technology,Inc. removed the fuel system equipment (dispensers and product piping),three 12,000-gallon gasoline <br /> LISTS, and one 550-gallon waste oil UST. All three gasoline USTs were constructed of double- <br /> 5900 Hollis Street walled fiberglass; the waste oil UST was constructed of steel.
