Until further arrangements are made, your client <br /> does not have my client's permission to use said cash <br /> collateral. I have also informed you of the fact that the <br /> property is not properly insured and that the debtor is not <br /> paying the PG&E bills. Under the circumstances, I believe that <br /> my clients are in serious jeopardy. <br /> As we discussed, I believe that an absolute assignment of <br /> rents is necessary before we can engage in -further <br /> negotiations. To effect such assignment, I suggest that your <br /> client immediately inform all tenants, in writing, copied to <br /> me, that any further rents shall be directly payable to my <br /> clients.
