A <br /> hazardous waste manifest listing those products must be <br /> submitted to the SJLHD within 30 days of tank removal . <br /> 2 . If tanks are to be used as scrap metal or reused, a <br /> receipt form the scrap yard, or others , must be submitted <br /> within 30 days of tank removal to the SJLHD. <br /> 3 . A sample must be taken from below each tank, (2 or more <br /> for tanks greater than 10,000 gal . or long piping runs) and <br /> the samples for the following tank(s) must be analyzed for : <br /> 1 .
