Screw the P.N Vent onto <br /> the vent stack and tighten to a range of 20 to 50 ft-lbs with a suitable wrench. DO NOT <br /> OVER-TIGHTEN. Periodic maintenance is recommended(see below). <br /> :�.r <br /> MAINTENANCE <br /> Annually inspect the P.'V Vent valve for foreign objects without removing the PN Vent <br /> valve from the vent pipe by using the following procedure: <br /> I. Remove the screws that holds the top cover on. <br /> 2. Remove any debris that mieht be sitting inside the lower cover. <br /> 3. Check the drain holes in the lower cover for blockage. <br /> 4. The two('_)screens should not be removed. <br /> 5. Reinstall the top cover and retaining screws. <br /> 6.
