Remove testing tubes,replace all sump gaskets and bolts. <br /> Work Performed: <br /> 6113/13 Arrive on site to replace sump gaskets,remove secondary jumper lines at dispensers and <br /> re-tap/thread sump lids down with new gaskets. <br /> 87,89 and 91 Fill sump: <br /> Upon investigation of facility we found that the gaskets at all 3 fill sumps were in place <br /> on the manway lids.We opened up the inspection ports asscocited with the fill manway <br /> lids and found no gaskets.After checking for sootisediment collected around the pea gravel <br /> on the 87,89 and 91 we located the inspection port gaskets and re-applied them on all 3 ports <br /> after we broke up the pea gravel for water flow in the occuence of liquid entering through the <br /> manway.These lids have self locking bolts and do not need to be re-tapped and threaded. <br /> 87,89 and 91 STP sump: <br /> Upon investigation of all 3 STP sumps,we found that all lids were not fastened properly and installed <br /> correctly.We removed liquid(small amount)and pea gravel found in the STP sumps.We then re- <br /> lubricated the lid gasket and fastened down the lid in its correct position and porperly tighteneing the <br /> latch down as well. These lids are fiber-lite and do not have gaskets or bolts that can be <br /> applied. <br /> Dispensers:112 through 11112: <br /> We removed all secondary jumper lines and/or plugs on all 6 UDCs at the environ coaxial T's and 90's.. <br /> We founf that some product lines had only a plug found in the coaxial fitting and some that had <br /> the jumper line connected to the coaxial fitting that was plugged off.Regardless of what was <br /> discovered,we removed all fittings aumperline/plug)to allow flow at every secondary access port <br /> at all 6 UDCs located on every product line on the UST system.We then reset the sensor <br /> properly and left the jump lines in the cross bar of the UDC/Dispenser so they can be re-attached <br /> for testing purposes as needed. <br /> Safety Meeting:Ryan Powell I Mike Hills Topics of safety and scope of work discussed prior to start of Repair work <br /> at facility.-NO waste water was created during Repairs. <br /> -This Repair is complete with the UST system All Functions Normal and operaing properly <br /> We checked IN/OUT with FM at time of arrival and departure. <br /> Open Problems: <br /> Parts Used: <br /> Qty Part# Mfg Mfg Part# New Serial# Desc Reason <br />
