Composite samples shall be taken of the stockpiled
contaminated soil at the rate of one sample per 50
cubic yards of material stored in order to define
treatment or establish possible reuse of the soil as
'•road base" .
5. Samples shall be taken at all designated locations to
demonstrate the complete removal of any
contamination. Location of #5 will be sampled at the
bottom and side wall of the primary excavation and in
the drainage ditch as directed .
6 . The contaminated sail developed by either diesel fuel
or motor oil will be treated appropriately.
