ON-SITE ORGANIZATION <br />Job Superintendent/Site Safety Officer: <br />Ron Perry, Aronson Engineering <br />- Responsible for implementing the project and obtaining any <br />necessary personnel or supplies to complete the project <br />safely and in a timely manner. <br />- Monitors and adheres to this site health and safety plan. <br />Halts operations if the plan is being violated or if a <br />hazardous condition arises at the site. <br />Aronson Engineering Project Employees: <br />Gary Nygren, Project Manager <br />Ron Perry, Job Super/Safety Officer <br />V. SAFETY TRAINING <br />- All personnel OSHA 40 Hour Certified <br />- All personnel 8 hour refresher (if applicable) <br />a. First Aid and Safety Equipment <br />- All personnel on-site must use the Buddy System <br />- First Aid Kit <br />- Two Fire Extinguisher <br />- Visqueen <br />- Personal Protective Equipment Level D (Anticipated) <br />- Personal Protective Equipment Level C (Available on-site) <br />- LEL/Oxygen Meter <br />- Barricades <br />- Caution Tape <br />b. Buddy System <br />All on-site personnel shall use the buddy system. Site <br />workers shall maintain visual contact with each other. <br />Personnel must observe each other for signs of heat stress or <br />toxic exposure such as: <br />1. Changes in complexion and skin discoloration <br />2. Changes in coordination or demeanor. <br />3. Excessive salivation and pupillary response. <br />4. Changes in speech pattern. <br />Personnel shall inform their supervisor of nonvisual effects <br />of toxic exposure such as: <br />1. Headaches, dizziness, blurred vision. <br />2. Nausea, cramps <br />3. Irritation of eyes, skin or respiratory tract. <br />D-3 <br />
