Copy of Workman Comp policy <br />attached" <br />4" Tank size, 7,000 gallons, Diesel Fuel was stored in tank, tank is <br />currently empty. <br />5" California Water Laboratory, 1430 Carpenter Lane, Modesto, CA 95351° <br />Signed "Release of Information Authorization" form attached" <br />6. SSJID has a 10,000 gallon tank that previously contained regular <br />gasoline. This was drained into our unleaded regular tank. We then <br />drained the 7,000 gallon Diesel tank into the empty 10,000 gallon <br />regular tank; a total of 2,593 gallons" All liquids are out of the <br />diesel tank, there may be some sludge or solids in the bottom, but we <br />have not removed then" <br />7. Dry Ice. <br />8.
