If any visible signs of soil contamination are observed during <br /> excavation or construction, soil sampling shall be performed <br /> under inspection by Environmental Health Division (EHD) . <br /> 2 . An as-built letter shall be submitted to EHD by the <br /> appropriate party (consultant or contractor) indicating <br /> whether Ameron or A.O. Smith piping was installed to match <br /> existing and any other changes that occurred during project. <br /> 3 . The newly installed primary and secondary piping will be <br /> required to be soap tested, under pressure, and witnessed by <br /> EHD. A complete piping pressure test performed by a third- <br /> party testing company shall be required once the station is in <br /> operating condition (i.e. concrete completed, etc. ) , and a <br /> copy of test results submitted to EHD before station will be <br /> allowed to reopen. <br /> 4 . All monitor functions shall be demonstrated to EHD to verify <br /> that unit is in proper working order upon completion of <br /> relocation. <br /> 5. A City of Stockton Fire Department permit may be required for <br /> this project. If so, the permit number shall be submitted to <br /> EHD before the project begins. <br />
