Sheehe, R.E.A., Moore Services', Inc. (MSI) associate geologist. Further this letter of <br /> request is submitted by our firm, Moore Services, Inc. (MSI) to obtain permanent authorization to <br /> conduct sampling activities in San Joaquin County. As a result of your request made during this <br /> converseation, our firm is providing this correspondence regarding oversight by a Registered <br /> Professional, to collect soil sample(s) at the subject site. <br /> During this project I will assign Mr. Sheehe as the field representative and he will collect the <br /> proposed samples as required by San Joaquin County Public Health Services (SCDER). Mr. Sheehe <br /> is a California Registered Environmental Assessor, Certificate No. 05968, and has seven years of <br /> experience as an environmental geologist working on a great many projects that have required good <br /> professional judgement to complete. <br /> I will directly oversee Mr. Sheehe's work on this project and provide my thirty plus years <br /> experience as a Professional Civil Engineer to the technical report summarizing the findings of this <br /> soil sampling project. <br /> To date our firm has met all State of California requirements to conduct these proposed <br /> sampling activities as published in the California Professions Code. Further, these same referenced <br /> MSI personnel conducted the sampling and associated reporting on a recent project at San Joaquin <br /> Delta College property in Stockton, California and Manteca, California. <br /> Please provide any further clarification on this matter to Mr. Sheehe, the project manager, <br /> at 441-0627.
