A soil contamination workplan and Soil Remediation <br />proposal will be submitted by November 22, 1989. <br />B. The new tanks shall be relocated to a new on-site <br />location in an uncontaminated area. <br />I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information and/or <br />recommendation contained in the attached proposal or report is <br />true and correct. <br />The undersigned individual or individuals authorizes the continued <br />investigation and acknowledges the conditions above and selection <br />of the option of relocating the product tanks. <br />RLM/TRR/cmd <br />cc: R.
