Severely <br /> injured personnel are to be transported by paramedics and/or by ambulance <br /> personnel. At the hospital, a physician's attention is mandatory regardless of <br /> how serious the injury appears. <br /> Any Project Foreman who aware of an accident is to notify the Project Contractor <br /> as soon after any injury as practical, regarding the nature of the accident. A <br /> written report is also to be prepared and submitted to the Project Consultant. <br /> 6.2 Fire, Explosion, and Property Damage <br /> In the event of a fire or explosion, notify the Fire department immediately by <br /> dialing 911.
