Box 388 • Stockton, CA 95201-0388 �q<iko Resp <br /> (209) 468-3420 <br /> NAT SCATENA FE8 18 199 ` <br /> 209 W BANDBURY RD <br /> STOCKTON CA 95207 <br /> RE: SCATENA FARMS SITE CODE: 2022 <br /> 1041 S PERSHING AVE <br /> STOCKTON CA 95206 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services,Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD)has recently reviewed <br /> the analytical results of the soil and/or water results taken from beneath the underground storage tank(s) that <br /> was/were removed from this site on April 1, 1988. <br /> Current standards, laboratory detection limits, and/or your site specific characteristics (i.e. depth to seasonal <br /> high groundwater, nearby wells, septic systems) make it impossible for PHS/EHD to evaluate your site for <br /> closure. <br /> An "Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release (Leak)/Contaminated Site Report" has not been filed <br /> for this site nor is it considered contaminated. However, if you find site closure certification is necessary, <br /> PHS/EHD would not be able to provide it without further site investigation. <br /> Should you wish to further investigate your facility, PHS/EHD has been designated by the State of California <br /> Water Resources Control Board as the local agency overseeing the investigation of leaking UST's.
